Rooibos, Pink Peppercorn and Hibiscus Iced Tea
Share
There's really nothing us brits love more than 1. Tea and 2. Complaining about the weather. And the two go so well together when it's rubbish weather- warm up with a hot brew and everything seems a bit better. But what to do when it's too hot? Complain! And iced tea!
For a delicious iced tea with no mess pop a few spoonfuls of tasty tea into one of our DIY paper teabags. Attach the little strings to your favourite water bottle or jug, top up with cold water and leave in the fridge overnight for the perfect brew to start your day. Or, if you're feeling impatient, top with boiling water and steep for ~10mins, allow to cool and serve over ice, ice baby!
For this Rooibos, pink peppercorn and hibiscus flower tea we used:
2 tsp of rooibos,
½ tsp pink peppercorns,
4/5 hibiscus flowers.
All available from 109, of course.
